Placing a wholesale order through the Atlantic Folk website is as easy as shopping online. Just scroll through our product categories (or use the search bar at the top of the screen) to find the products you would like to stock, add them to your basket and then complete your sales order.
Step 1: log in
To place a wholesale order, you will need to be logged into your account. You can do that on this page.
If you don’t have an account, there is a quick form to fill in there. It won’t take long.
Step 2: browse and add to basket
We try to make finding products as easy as possible. Everything is organised into collections. You can access them through the menu at the top of the page. If you are on a mobile phone, you can access the menu by clicking the Menu button at the top right of your screen.
If you are in a hurry, you can jump straight to our best sellers. You should also keep an eye on our emails because they usually contain links to our most popular products.
When you find something you would like to order, you can add it to your basket. Our products are available in sets of six. That means you need to order six of each item in order to benefit from wholesale pricing. Don’t worry, the website automatically helps you to do that.
Step 3: see your basket and edit your order
Most people who use our website add loads of things to their basket then remove some before they order. That way, you can curate your perfect range of gifts and accessories.
To see your basket, just click the icon at the top left of your screen.
When you are on your basket page, you can change the quantities of various products. You can also completely remove a product if you have changed your mind. To find out more about any of the products in your basket, just click on the product title.
When you are ready to order, press the Proceed To Checkout button.
Step 4: place your order
You don’t need to pay for your order on our website. We will send you an invoice when your order is accepted.
The checkout page will ask you to fill in some information. You will only ever need to do this once. Our website will remember it all for next time.
The information you will be asked to provide is your shipping address and your billing address. If your shipping and billing addresses are the same, just don’t fill in the billing address section.
You will see a recap of your order on the right side of your screen (you can scroll down to see this if you are on a mobile phone).
You can add notes to your order at the bottom of the page. This is a good opportunity to tell us about your specific delivery requirements.
When you are ready, press the Confirm Purchase button. We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been placed. Then a member of our team will be in touch within one working day to confirm your order and give you an invoice.
